At the beginning of the 19th century and at the beginning of the 20th century, a group of French architects and artists arrived in Brazil to embellish the city of Rio following the urban model of Paris. Wide avenues have been created, a new afforestation has arisen, landscaped flowerbeds, and dozens of exquisite sculptures, and fountains signed by these artists.
